Develop, implement, and review tailored, person-centred care plans in direct partnership with children, families, and carers.
Multi-Agency Collaboration:
Partner closely with health, education, police, and voluntary services to coordinate holistic interventions.
Statutory Compliance & Court Work:
Prepare high-quality, accurate case reports and represent the service at Children's Hearings and Court proceedings where required.
Requirements Professional Registration:
Active registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) (or registered with Social Work England with eligibility to switch).
Vetting:
Valid membership in the PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) scheme for working with children.
Qualifications:
Recognized Degree or Diploma in Social Work (BA Hons, DipSW, MSc).
Experience:
