Key Responsibilities:

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in social work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred Valid state licensure or certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent (if applicable) Proven experience in social work, counseling, or related roles Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism Knowledge of social service resources, community programs, and relevant laws and regulations Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team
