SERVICES - 250 DAY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS
This position will remain open until filled. The first screening of applications will take place at 8 a.m. on Friday, August 21, 2026. Applications received after that date may be reviewed and considered as they are received. An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site.
JOB SUMMARY
This position coordinates and oversees Family Services and Health Services for preschool programs, ensuring compliance with Head Start, Virginia Preschool Initiative (VPI), and school division requirements. The position oversees student recruitment, eligibility, attendance, comprehensive services, and related data collection and reporting processes to support program accountability and compliance. Working collaboratively with school personnel, community partners, and program leadership, the position supports family engagement, continuous improvement efforts, professional development, and program implementation to promote high-quality services, child safety, family well-being, and positive program outcomes.

Salary Range:
$96,268-$156,052 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package
