Job Duties and Preferred Qualifications :
Are you a passionate leader dedicated to supporting early childhood development and family success? As the Early Intervention Supervisor I, you will provide direct supervision and administrative oversight to our team of Service Coordinators and Developmental Services Providers. In this vital role, you will champion family-centered practices, ensure compliance with federal and state Part C regulations, and drive program excellence to improve outcomes for children and families. Specific Duties Supervise, coach, and evaluate your team with documented monthly supervision and annual performance reviews. Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and continuous professional development. Monitor adherence to Part C regulations, policies, and quality assurance standards through monthly chart reviews and data analysis. Oversee caseload distribution, productivity, timelines for IFSP development, and smooth transition planning. Participate in strategic quality improvement initiatives, corrective action planning, and audit preparation. Serve as a key liaison with community partners, healthcare providers, referral sources, and state agencies. Respond professionally to family concerns, complaints, and service issues to maintain high satisfaction. Maintain Active Early Intervention certification(s) in accordance with Part C regulations Demonstrate experience in clinical, programmatic, or administrative leadership within developmental services. Strong knowledge of Part C regulations, IFSP processes, and early childhood compliance standards. Ability to analyze program data and build collaborative professional relationships. Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a human services field (such as psychology, behavioral or mental health , special education, social work) and seven (7) years of experience working with persons with an intellectual disability associated with such positions as senior clinician or educator OR a combination of education and/or experience equivalent to eleven (11) years working with persons with an intellectual disability associated with such positions as senior clinician or educator. Must have a current and valid driver's license.
Special Requirements:
All employees may be expected to work hours in excess of their normally scheduled hours in response to short-term department needs and/or City-wide emergencies.
