Substitute Educator
Job Description
About This Role Northshire Day School is hiring substitute early childhood educators to work in our early childhood classrooms in Manchester Center, VT. NDS is an Equal Opportunity Employer. What You'll Do Candidates must be enthusiastic and have a passion for working with and educating young children, the ability to create a safe and nurturing environment, proficient written and verbal communication, knowledge about the STARS program, TS Gold, early childhood licensing regulations, and planning and implementing a play-based curriculum. Must be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Requirements Candidates must have a high school diploma and completed Fundamentals for Early Childhood Professionals or are willing to in the first six months of employment. Preferred candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or 21 related credits) and experience working with 0-5 year olds. NDS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
