Serving as an interdependent, intermediary, the Site Coach ensures that every child is known, loved, affirmed, and feels they "belong." The Site Coach successfully executes a variety of relationship-building activities, sports, and services, while coordinating with other Jubilee REACH staff, volunteers, and partner organizations serving at the school.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older Pass Federal fingerprint and State (WSP) background check and reference check Minimum HS diploma or GED equivalent, college degree preferred Possess a heart to serve and to love all students Minimum of 1 year of experience working with youth preferred Must be available to work most afternoons (Wednesdays required) to lead after-school sports and activities
