Birth to Three Transition Coordinator About Summit Center for Child Development Summit Center for Child Development is a multidisciplinary pediatric clinic with a mission to individualize intervention to the needs of our diverse population. Our therapists and staff are energetic and unique. We strive to provide a flexible setting that allows our staff to reach their full potential and the freedom to explore their passions. Description The Birth to Three Transition Coordinator manages the transition process for children moving from Part C early intervention services to Part B preschool special education services under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). This position serves as the primary point of coordination between families, Summit Center staff, local education agencies (LEAs), the Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) program, and other community partners to ensure every child's transition at age three is timely, compliant, and centered on the child and family's needs. Salary $22 - $27 per hour
