Description:
TheSiteCoordinator(SC)worksinpartnershipwithschoolAdministrators,theStudentSupportTeam,andteacherstoidentifystudentsinneedofadditionalreadiness-to-learnsupport.

TheSiteCoordinatoractsasaliaisonand/orbrokerto theresourcesnecessarytoimproveacademicsandattendance,increasestudentresilience,school-bonding,andtoincreasepositivebehavior.

Throughindividualandgroupactivities,theSCsupportsstudents'wholeself,determining individualsupportsthatwillmeettheneedsofeachuniquestudent.

TheSCbrokersand/orprovidesconfidential,developmentallyappropriate,andculturallycompetentinterventions,servicesandsupportstostudentsandfamilies.
