FAMILY SUPPORT

- Community Response Program In this position, work with family's one on one for 12-20 weeks to help participants locate community resources that will improve family life and overall wellbeing. Experience working with families, utilizing strength-based practices that build ona family's strengths, one-on-one and group facilitation. Ability to provide parent education - one on one and groups. Knowledge of social and economic issues required. Must possess professionalism, self-initiative, ability to meet deadlines, good verbal/written communication skills, active listener and solid computer knowledge. A degree in Early Childhood, Social Services or related field is preferred. Previous work experience will be taken into consideration. Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and proof of insurance. Criminal background check required.

SALARY RANGE

$18.00-$21.00 with a generous benefit package: 11 paid holidays, 1 sick/well day per month, vacation after 1 year, health insurance, longevity benefit and access to Aflac products, after 90 days.
