A Family, School, or General Social Worker provides specialized assistance to vulnerable families and children. Intervenes in crisis situations; evaluates individual and family needs, helps clients get access to health care, mental health care or social services such as housing assistance. Advocates for clients and provides follow up visits. May work with teachers, parents and school administrators to help students improve academically and deal with social issues such as bullying.

Job Description

Provide supervision and case management of juveniles assigned or court ordered cases.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from accredited school in Social Work or closely related field (Juvenile Court Tract preferred); insurance acceptable driver's license; qualify under WI Caregivers Law, Wisconsin Act 27; successful completion of Juvenile Intake Training; prefer experience in CSP or Juvenile Court; Social Worker Level requires active WI Social Work Certification. 40 Hours/Week. $26.18 - $34.51/hour (Dependent on pay level and qualifications). Health, Dental and Life Insurance; Paid Time Off; WRS, etc.
