9584593-53154 Job Description Make a meaningful impact as a Social Worker supporting students in a vibrant educational environment. In this contract opportunity, youll work full-time during the 26-27 school year, Monday through Friday, in a single buildingfostering lasting relationships and continued support for a diverse group of students. Your caseload will include approximately 20-30 students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), providing an excellent opportunity to deeply engage and tailor support for each students unique needs. This opportunity offers the chance to truly witness and influence the growth and success of those you serve.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

Masters degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited program Valid state certification/licensure for school-based social work Experience with IEP processes and compliance Strong understanding of child and adolescent development Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and staff Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage a varied caseload

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct social-emotional and behavioral support to students with IEPs Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of student plans Collaborate closely with educators, counselors, and families to promote student success Conduct assessments and recommend appropriate interventions or resources Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere within the building
