Assisting walk-ins 3. Helping the main office assistant with copying, filing, and general administrative duties 4. Support Instructors Minimum Qualifications 1. Student must be enrolled in at least 6 college credit hours to qualify in Fall or Spring semester. 2. Interest in providing excellent customer service and supporting students. 3. Comfortable communicating with others in person, by phone, and through email. 4. Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds. 5. Experience with office, school, volunteer, or customer service activities is helpful but not required. 6. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
