Required Skills:
Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program recognized by the U.S. Department of Education Current, unrestricted license to practice clinical social work independently in Arizona Minimum of one year of experience as an LCSW at the independent level Knowledge of DSM V diagnostic criteria and mental health assessment techniques Strong communication skills, both oral and written Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multilingual environment Proficiency in electronic health records and Microsoft Office programs BLS certification through the American Heart Association® or Red Cross® Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience implementing mental health treatment programs or Modified Therapeutic Community models Background in detention, correctional, or residential healthcare settings Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish Experience providing telehealth or tele-behavioral health services
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program At least one year of post-licensure clinical experience Prior experience working in detention or correctional facilities (preferred but not required)
Other Requirements:
Ability to respond to medical emergencies and perform CPR Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, including rotational on-call duties Successful completion of background checks and favorable fitness determinations by the Department of Homeland Security Physical ability to perform activities such as walking, standing, bending, and emergency response actions This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $46.50, with a blended rate of $48.28/hr including paid federal holidays, along with comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and paid sick leave.
