About Us:
Peak Performance Institute is a growing neuropsychology practice specializing in comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations. We help children, adolescents, and adults gain clarity through accurate assessments for autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, learning disabilities, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and other neurological and psychological conditions. About the
Role :
We're seeking a licensed LPC or LCSW with a talent for building rapport and conducting thorough clinical interviews. As our Clinical Intake Specialist, you'll gather the biopsychosocial history that forms the foundation of our evaluation process — playing a key role in helping patients and families get accurate answers and meaningful next steps. What you'll do: Conduct clinical intake interviews covering biological, psychological, and social history Identify patterns related to ASD, personality disorders, executive function or learning differences, and other conditions Screen for safety concerns and respond with appropriate crisis intervention Partner closely with our neuropsychologists to shape next steps in each case Maintain clear, accurate documentation What we're looking for: Active LPC or LCSW license in Arizona Strong interviewing and biopsychosocial assessment skills Comfort working closely within a multidisciplinary team Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred Experience in autism, neuropsychological, or psychiatric assessment settings a plus
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00
