Job Description
Required:
Previous experience providing mental health services in a middle school setting. Experience working with adolescents and school-aged youth. Strong clinical assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and case-management skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary school environment. Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills. Commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and student-centered care. Preferred Qualifications Experience providing comprehensive school-based mental health services. Experience collaborating with special education teams and supporting students with IEPs or 504 Plans. Experience with crisis response and suicide risk assessment. Familiarity with California school systems and community mental health resources. Experience providing group counseling or social-emotional programming to adolescents. What We Offer Contract opportunity within a public school district near San Diego.
