Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)El Centro VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) | El Centro, CA Full-Time | Monday-Friday Sterling Medical is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support the El Centro VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in El Centro, California. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated healthcare team providing high-quality outpatient care to our nation's veterans. This position is a combined role serving as both a Primary Care Mental Health Integration (PCMHI) Social Worker and a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) Social Worker, providing behavioral health support, case management, and integrated mental health services within a collaborative outpatient setting. Position Highlights Full-time (40 hours per week) Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM 3 weeks of Paid Time Off 11 Paid Federal Holidays Collaborative outpatient clinic environment Long-term federal contract opportunity Responsibilities Provide behavioral health assessments and evidence-based interventions Deliver integrated mental health services within the Primary Care Mental Health Integration (PCMHI) program Serve as a PACT Social Worker by providing case management and care coordination Collaborate with primary care providers and an interdisciplinary healthcare team Develop individualized treatment plans and connect veterans with appropriate community resources Maintain accurate documentation using the VA's Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS) Qualifications Current, unrestricted California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) Minimum of two (2) years of LCSW experience in an outpatient or clinic setting preferred Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off Paid Federal Holidays 401(k) Long-term federal contract opportunity
