Job Summary Join our dedicated team as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate mental health support and social services to diverse populations. In this dynamic position, you will assess client needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to promote emotional well-being and resilience. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex challenges, including behavioral health issues, addiction, and crisis situations, while connecting them with vital community resources. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health, social needs, and risk factors using standardized tools and clinical judgment Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating crisis intervention, motivational interviewing, and behavioral health strategies Provide counseling services addressing addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns Manage crisis situations effectively through crisis management techniques and de-escalation skills Coordinate with community agencies to identify resources such as Medicaid, Medicare, Section 8 housing, and workforce development programs for clients' support Document client progress accurately through detailed case notes, reports, and treatment summaries in compliance with confidentiality standards Engage in client communication that fosters trust, promotes motivation for change, and supports long-term recovery goals Mentor and collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and foster a culturally competent environment working with diverse communities including seniors and individuals with disabilities Maintain certifications such as CPR and First Aid; stay updated on best practices in social work and behavioral health Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent credential Demonstrated experience in social work or behavioral health settings with diverse populations Strong knowledge of crisis intervention techniques, addiction counseling, and crisis management protocols Proficiency in resource identification within social services systems including Medicaid, Medicare, Section 8 housing programs, and workforce development initiatives Excellent written skills for documentation and reporting; effective client communication abilities Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve culturally diverse communities effectively Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or geriatric patients is preferred Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team environment Join us to empower individuals through compassionate social work practice! Pay:
$40.00 - $55.00 per hour
