Outpatient behavioral health role focused on psychosocial assessments and integrated patient care Serve diverse and underserved patient populations within a mission-driven healthcare system Collaborate with primary care providers and multidisciplinary healthcare teams Established organization serving Colorado communities for more than 30 years Strong administrative and clinical support structure

COMPENSATION

Base Salary:

$72,000 - $82,000 Student Loan Repayment Eligibility Up to $50,000 Relocation Assistance Available 401(k) with 4% Employer Match Life Insurance Coverage Disability Insurance Coverage

SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday Schedule No Nights No Weekends No On-Call Responsibilities Outpatient Setting ROLE Conduct psychosocial assessments and evaluations Develop treatment plans and provide therapeutic interventions Coordinate care within an integrated healthcare environment Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams Support patients and families through community-focused behavioral health services
