POSITION OVERVIEW
Outpatient behavioral health position focused on psychosocial assessments and integrated care Work within a multidisciplinary healthcare team Provide behavioral health services in a mission-driven community health environment Deliver care to underserved populations Practice within an organization serving the community for more than 30 years
SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday No Nights No Weekends No On-Call Responsibilities
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary:
$72,000 - $82,000 Student Loan Repayment Eligibility up to $50,000 Health Insurance (Employer Pays 60%) 401(k) with 4% Employer Match 143 Hours PTO 7 Paid Holidays $3,500 Annual CME Allowance 5 CME Days Relocation Assistance Available Life Insurance Disability Coverage Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is conducting the recruitment process for this opportunity.
Requirements:
Active Colorado Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) License
