Our growing behavioral health organization is seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide outpatient mental health and substance use services for teens and adults. This full-time opportunity offers a collaborative team environment, flexible scheduling, and strong clinical support focused on delivering high-quality, client-centered care.

Position Offers:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual, family, and group therapy services for teens and adults Facilitate therapy groups focused on mental health and substance use recovery Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation within the EMR system Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and multidisciplinary treatment teams Participate in clinical meetings, case consultations, and treatment planning Support discharge planning and coordinate referrals as needed Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly

Qualifications:

Active Colorado licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW Minimum 1 year of clinical experience Group therapy experience preferred Experience working with mental health and/or substance use populations preferred Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a collaborative clinical environment
