Locums About the Facility The facility operates an emergency department in which a multidisciplinary team delivers coordinated patient care. This on-site setting supports clinical assessment services for a pediatric population within the ED environment. Clinicians joining this team will contribute to a structured, collaborative care model focused on behavioral health evaluation. About the Clinician's Workday The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will perform psychosocial and psychiatric assessments for pediatric patients presenting through the emergency department during full-time day shifts, working 8-10 hours per day, 40 hours per week. The clinician will serve a patient population that includes children as young as 4 years old and must hold an active Connecticut license prior to the start of the assignment. Previous emergency department experience is required for this position. The clinician will function within a multidisciplinary team environment, collaborating with ED staff to support clinical assessment and intervention as needed.
