CONTRACT

Due to our growth, we are seeking a CONTRACT/ licensed LICSW to deliver caring with compassion, commitment and professionalism to make a difference in the day-to-day lives of our patients! As a LICSW, you are authorized to diagnose and treat mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders which offers a wide range of services, including individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and even some forms of medication management. As a LICSW your role is tailored to meet the specific needs of clients whether it's through individual therapy or a more collaborative approach with evidence-based interventions.Daily Requirements:
- Conduct assessments, make diagnoses, and provide treatment plans for individuals, families, or groups dealing with menta, emotional or behavioral issues.
- Operate independently and will collaborate with other healthcare providers
- Provide one-on-one sessions focusing on mental health issues
- Facilitating group sessions to address common issues among participants
- Provide immediate support and strategies during a mental health crisis
- Coordinating with other healthcare providers, schools or social services to provide comprehensive care
- Offering expert advice to other professional or educational institutions on mental health topics EOE Job Requirements
- Licensed - Washington LICSW; completed a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree and obtained additional clinical training and state licensure
- Flexible availability to meet the needs of the clinic
- Active CPR certification
- Electronic documentation experience
