$27.57 - $35.84 / hour Summary Make a meaningful difference when patients and families need it most.As a Medical Social Worker, youll play a vital role in helping patients navigate the emotional, social, and practical challenges that can come with illness. Youll provide counseling, support, assessment, and therapeutic interventions while partnering with an interdisciplinary care team to develop individualized plans for high-risk patients. Youll also connect patients and families withcommunity resources, services, and support systemsthat can help them achieve greater stability and independence.
