Social Worker, Clinical - LCSW

Complexity of Work:

Requires critical thinking skills, effective (verbal and written) communication skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful and fast paced environment and take appropriate action. Must have strong organizational/priority setting/multi-tasking skills. Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information.

Required Work Experience:

Minimum of two (2) years post MSW experience in related field required. Previous experience working in hospital setting.

Other Information:

On-going clinical transplant education required. Participation in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI).
