Hospital Based Behavioral Health Services Location:
Lawrenceville, GA 30046
Duration:
12 weeks
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30
PM Guaranteed Hours:
40 hours/week
Candidate Type:

Gross Weekly Pay:
$2,003.07 Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent Social Work experience within the specialty Georgia LCSW license required AHA BLS certification required Acute hospital experience required Strong clinical assessment, communication, and care coordination skills Key Responsibilities Provide social work services to patients within the hospital-based behavioral health setting Assess patients' psychosocial needs and identify appropriate support services Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and psychosocial support as appropriate Coordinate patient care and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams Interested?
