Heart-Centered Health is seeking an experienced independently licensed clinical social worker to serve as a Center Mental Health Consultant at Centennial Job Corps Center in Nampa, Idaho. This is not a traditional outpatient counseling role. You'll work as part of an interdisciplinary team supporting young adults as they build stability, complete education and career training, and move toward greater independence. The role includes mental health assessment, brief counseling, crisis intervention, case consultation, referral coordination, psychoeducation, and collaboration with nursing, medical, counseling, substance-use, and Center staff. The program emphasizes prevention, early identification, and helping students overcome barriers to employability.

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Approximately 24 hours/week Alternative scheduling may be considered with Center approval.

Required:

Active, unrestricted Idaho LCSW Independent practice authority At least 1 year of independently licensed experience providing assessment and treatment to adolescents and/or young adults Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and collaborative skills Experience in schools, residential programs, community mental health, juvenile justice, correctional, military, or similar structured settings is especially relevant.

Compensation:
