We are seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker. This position requires a strong team player and a self-starter. You will work in collaboration with the primary healthcare team providing behavioral healthcare within scope of practice. Provides screening, assessment, diagnoses, evaluation, crisis intervention, treatment, consultation, care coordination and case management, education, referral, advocacy and other related outpatient services. You will make clinical recommendations and refer to appropriate levels of care in a team-based setting. Requirements Licensed Social Worker Clinician in
Illinois Education:
Master's or Doctoral degree Minimum 1 year experience Excellent assessment and treatment planning skills Experience working with individuals, families, and/or couples Experience working with a variety of client populations which may include children, teens, adults, and elderly clients Knowledge of and experience with specialized populations and issues specific to them Computer skills and ability to use a telehealth platform via internet connectivity Advanced knowledge of one or more: cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, mindfulness therapy, and/or brief, solution-oriented/narrative therapy. Schedule Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift
Salary & Benefits:
$70,000 - $80,000 annually The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
