We are seeking a Clinical Therapist to provide individual and group therapy in our outpatient setting. This full-time position involves working primarily with adult clients facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Ideal candidates will have LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT and demonstrate expertise in behavioral health, or addiction treatment, with an inclusive, nonjudgmental attitude. You'll be joining a collaborative, supportive team that values your professional growth and work-life balance.

What We Offer Compensation:

Guaranteed annual salary of $55,000-$65,000 for fully licensed clinicians (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) and $50,000 for provisionally licensed professionals (LSW, LPC, ALMFT, etc.), paid regardless of caseload size while your client base is being established.

Clinical Supervision:

Provided at no cost toward full licensure for provisionally licensed clinicians (LSW, LPC, ALMFT).

Established Client Base:

We build your caseload for you, typically within the first 30 days after credentialing.

Flexible Scheduling:

Set your preferred hours within our office's coverage windows (day and evening shifts, Monday-Friday, occasional weekend availability).

Comprehensive Benefits:

Professional Protection:

Full malpractice and liability coverage. Key Responsibilities Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions, with an average caseload expectation of 5-8 clients daily (approximately 28 sessions weekly) once your caseload is established Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans Collaborate with external providers including case workers, probation officers, and DCFS as needed Provide primarily in-office sessions, with telehealth options available when necessary Participate in weekly team meetings and case consultations Provide crisis intervention support during business hours, including unscheduled same-day appointments for clients in acute distress Maintain professional standards in alignment with Illinois licensing requirements and ethical codes Qualifications Required Master's or Doctoral Degree in Counseling or Social Work Active, unrestricted Illinois license or provisional license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organizational abilities and attention to detail Capacity to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Alignment with our mission of inclusive, compassionate care Preferred Qualifications Specialization in specific therapeutic approaches or client populations Active CAQH ID# and NPI number Why Join Maitri Path to Wellness You'll be working with self-motivated clients who are genuinely seeking help.
