Facilitate psychotherapy modalities including motivational interviewing, behavioral health interventions, and specialized therapies for PTSD, addiction, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Alzheimer's care, and developmental disabilities. Qualifications Must know how to complete a clinical LOCUS Preferred TherapyNotes experience. (EMR) Valid licensure as a Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C or equivalent) with active state certification. Proven experience working with children, adolescents, or adults in mental health or behavioral health settings. Strong knowledge of psychotherapy techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, crisis management, and trauma-informed care such as PTSD care. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for documentation and data collection purposes. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is highly preferred.
