Job Description
Make a Lasting Impact—Support Student Well-Being Where It Matters Most. (Starting in July 2026) Access Health Louisiana (AHL) is seeking a passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our School-Based Health Center team. Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide individual, group, and family therapy to students. Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, school personnel, and referral sources to coordinate holistic care. Maintain accurate and timely case documentation, updating records as needed. Identify and report special cases such as child abuse, neglect, or truancy to appropriate authorities and provide follow-up counseling. Actively contribute to a multidisciplinary team focused on improving student health outcomes. Uphold AHL's mission of delivering care with dignity, respect, and cultural sensitivity.
