MisterHealth specializes in men's mental health and understands that many men experience therapy differently. They may struggle to ask for help, put words to what they are feeling, or trust that therapy will actually be useful. We are building a practice that meets those clients with practical support, honest conversations, and clinicians who know how to connect without judgment. Although men's mental health is our specialty, we welcome and treat clients of all genders . Our clinicians work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families facing a wide range of mental health and relationship concerns. This is an excellent opportunity for a Massachusetts-licensed clinician who wants the flexibility of telehealth, the support of a growing group practice, and the freedom to develop a caseload that reflects their clinical interests. Areas of Clinical Focus Depending on your experience and interests, you may work with clients experiencing: Anxiety and depression Men's mental health concerns Relationship and intimacy challenges Trauma and PTSD ADHD and executive-functioning difficulties Life transitions and identity concerns Grief and loss Anger, stress, and emotional regulation difficulties Substance use concerns Sexual health and sexual functioning concerns LGBTQ+ identity and relationship concerns Parenting and family challenges Challenges affecting adolescents and young adults Clinicians do not need to specialize in every area. We are interested in learning about the populations and clinical concerns you are most passionate about treating. What You'll Do Provide high-quality individual, couples, or family therapy through telehealth Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate documentation Collaborate with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and other referral partners when appropriate Deliver affirming, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, and team meetings as required Maintain professional, ethical, and legal standards in accordance with Massachusetts regulations Help clients translate insight into practical, meaningful changes in their daily lives Contribute to a supportive and collaborative clinical culture Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active Massachusetts LCSW license in good standing LICSW clinicians are also encouraged to apply Experience providing outpatient behavioral health services Strong clinical assessment, treatment-planning, and documentation skills Ability to provide effective and engaging therapy through telehealth Comfort working independently while remaining connected to a clinical team Commitment to ethical, inclusive, sex-positive, and LGBTQ+-affirming care Reliable computer, secure internet connection, and a private environment appropriate for telehealth services Ability to complete clinical documentation within required timeframes Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas is helpful but not required: Men's mental health Adolescents and young adults Couples or family therapy Trauma-informed treatment Substance use treatment Sexual health or intimacy concerns LGBTQ+ mental health CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, or strengths-based approaches Insurance-based outpatient practice What MisterHealth Offers Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling Telehealth opportunities throughout Massachusetts Administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance-related processes Assistance with building and maintaining a caseload A growing referral network and established brand focused on men's mental health Clinical consultation and a collaborative team environment Opportunities to develop groups, programs, workshops, and specialty services Professional growth and leadership opportunities as the practice expands An inclusive and affirming workplace The opportunity to be part of a practice working to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health, relationships, and sexual wellness Clinical supervision towards your LICSW available. The Clinician We're Looking For The right clinician does not need to have a perfect therapeutic script. We are looking for someone who is genuine, dependable, clinically grounded, and able to connect with people who may be hesitant about therapy. You should be comfortable having honest conversations about mental health, relationships, identity, intimacy, and the pressures people carry behind closed doors. You should also believe that therapy can be professional without feeling cold, clinical, or disconnected from real life. Most importantly, you should care about helping clients feel understood while also challenging them to make meaningful changes.

$50.00 - $60.00 per hour
