Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) to join our OMHC clinical team. Position Summary The LCSW-C will provide comprehensive outpatient behavioral health services to patients receiving care through Daily Revive's OMHC. The clinician will conduct clinical assessments, provide psychotherapy, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary treatment team. The ideal candidate is a licensed clinical social worker who is passionate about behavioral health, patient-centered care, and helping individuals achieve improved mental health and overall functioning. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and behavioral health assessments. Assess patients' mental health, social, emotional, and functional needs. Diagnose and treat mental health conditions within the scope of Maryland licensure and professional practice. Provide individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy as clinically appropriate. Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment approaches as clinically indicated. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions appropriate to each patient's needs. Coordinate care with the Medical Director, PMHNPs, therapists and PRP staff. Participate in multidisciplinary treatment-team meetings and clinical case reviews. Make appropriate referrals to community resources and higher or lower levels of care when clinically indicated. Maintain timely, accurate, and complete clinical documentation in the electronic medical record. Complete required assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and other clinical documentation. Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and applicable Maryland requirements. Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement activities. Follow Daily Revive policies, clinical standards, and applicable Maryland behavioral health regulations. Maintain professional boundaries and provide services using a patient-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented approach. Qualifications Current and active Maryland LCSW-C license in good standing. Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program. Experience providing psychotherapy and behavioral health services. Experience conducting clinical assessments and developing treatment plans. Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal communication skills. Strong written documentation skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team. Must meet Daily Revive's credentialing, background-check, and compliance requirements. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in an Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC) or community behavioral health setting. Experience working with adults experiencing mental health conditions. Experience working with Medicaid populations. Familiarity with Maryland behavioral health regulations, including
COMAR 10.63.
Experience with electronic medical records. Experience working with individuals with serious mental illness and/or co-occurring behavioral health needs.
Pay:
$60.00 - $70.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
