Our work centers healing, dignity, and empowerment for those impacted by trauma, violence, and systemic inequities. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Trauma Therapist who is ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children, adults, and families navigating trauma-related challenges. What You'll Do Provide evidence-based, trauma-focused therapy to individuals, families, and groupsConduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plansDeliver care using modalities such as TF-CBT, EMDR, CBT, DBT, or other trauma-informed approachesMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentationCollaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, wraparound careParticipate in case consultations, team meetings, and supervisionEngage in ongoing professional development to stay current with trauma best practices Who You Are Passionate about serving under-resourced and historically marginalized communitiesSkilled in trauma-informed, client-centered clinical careAble to build strong rapport with diverse populationsOrganized, ethical, and confident in your documentation practicesCommitted to equity, compassion, and professional growth Licensure Requirements You MUST currently hold one of the following to apply: ✔ Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) ✔ Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) ✔ Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) ✔ Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) (Independent and provisionally licensed clinicians are both welcome to apply.)
