Skills Proficiency in psychotherapy techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, and applied behavior analysis. Strong experience with mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluation, and case management across diverse populations. Expertise in addiction counseling methods such as motivational interviewing and substance use disorder treatment strategies. Familiarity with EMR systems, HIPAA regulations, CPT coding, ICD-9/10 coding for accurate medical documentation. Ability to work effectively with individuals from varied cultural backgrounds while demonstrating cultural competence. Excellent communication skills for client engagement, interdisciplinary collaboration, and family counseling.
