In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive psychotherapy and clinical counseling services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Your expertise will help clients navigate mental health challenges, behavioral issues, and developmental disabilities while promoting resilience and well-being. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care in various settings such as clinics, homes, and community programs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact through evidence-based practices and innovative treatment approaches. Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and intake interviews to determine individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Deliver individual, group, family, and crisis intervention therapy utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, etc. Maintain accurate medical documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and compliance Extensive experience in psychotherapy techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral therapy. Proven ability to work effectively with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors with diverse backgrounds and needs. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding for billing purposes, and familiarity with medical records management. Experience utilizing EMR systems for documentation; adept at data collection for clinical research initiatives. Excellent communication skills for engaging patients during intake assessments and providing effective.
