Utilize EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation of patient care activities, medical records, and clinical notes while adhering to medical documentation standards. Engage in patient assessment and mental health interventions tailored to diverse cultural backgrounds and specific needs such as geriatrics or pediatrics. Support research initiatives by collecting data, participating in clinical research projects, and maintaining meticulous records aligned with ICD coding (ICD-9/10) for diagnostic accuracy. Skills Proven expertise in psychotherapy modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, behavioral health interventions, and addiction counseling. Strong experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges such as autism or Geriatrics populations. Skilled in crisis management, trauma-informed care, PTSD care, and mental health assessments within hospital or community settings. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems for documentation of patient care activities while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.
