HAH01 Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), where you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive mental health and behavioral care to diverse populations. In this engaging position, you will provide evidence-based psychotherapy, conduct thorough mental health assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans. Your expertise will support individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults, especially those with developmental disabilities, substance use disorders, or trauma-related conditions such as PTSD. Duties Conduct comprehensive mental health and behavioral assessments utilizing clinical documentation standards and medical terminology to inform diagnosis and treatment planning. Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Implement specialized interventions for clients with autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, PTSD, addiction issues, or other complex mental health needs. Coordinate care through case management activities, including intake procedures, patient assessment, and ongoing clinical documentation within EMR/EHR systems while adhering to HIPAA confidentiality policies. Engage in crisis intervention and crisis management to ensure immediate safety and stabilization of clients experiencing acute mental health episodes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop holistic treatment plans that incorporate social work principles, medical social work practices, and community resources. Skills Proven expertise in psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, and addiction counseling. Strong experience working with children, adolescents, individuals with autism or disabilities, and diverse cultural backgrounds. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation of patient care activities and medical records management. Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding for billing purposes, and familiarity with psychiatric patient care standards. Ability to perform mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and psychiatric patient care within clinical settings such as hospitals or community clinics. Skilled in crisis management techniques and providing mental health interventions for individuals experiencing trauma or substance use crises. Excellent client communication skills to foster trust and engagement during individual or group counseling sessions. Commitment to evidence-based practice principles while working within clinical confidentiality policies and HIPAA regulations.

$55.00 - $63.00 per hour
