We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at CHE Behavioral, a multispecialty group of licensed professionals dedicated to increasing access to mental health services. Responsibilities:

Provide licensed clinical social work services to patients in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and counseling Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, as well as family therapy as needed Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient interactions and treatment plans Stay current with industry developments and best practices in mental health care
