Contractor Position Summary:
Evolve Psychiatry is seeking compassionate, skilled, and patient-centered therapists to join our growing multidisciplinary behavioral health team. This is an onsite independent contractor opportunity for clinicians who are passionate about providing high-quality psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults. Our therapists work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and administrative staff to provide comprehensive mental health care in a supportive and professional environment. At Evolve Psychiatry, we handle the administrative work so you can focus on delivering exceptional clinical care. We provide scheduling support, insurance credentialing (when applicable), billing services, insurance verification, receptionist support, and access to our electronic medical record system.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Provide evidence-based individual psychotherapy. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation within the electronic medical record (eClinicalWorks).
Required Qualifications:
Current New York State licensure or permit (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC) Strong clinical assessment and psychotherapy skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) or willingness to learn. Collaborate with psychiatric providers regarding patient care and treatment planning. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all applicable state and federal regulations. Participate in case consultations and interdisciplinary collaboration as needed. Maintain professional licensure and continuing education requirements.

Compensation:
Compensation is based on a percentage of revenue generated from billable clinical services provided by the therapist. Earnings are directly tied to patient volume and completed, billable appointments.
