Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Peaceful Mind Recovery, you will take on several critical responsibilities, including: Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and creating tailor-made treatment plans using evidence-based strategies to ensure optimal client outcomes. Administering therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) aligned with individual client needs. Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and industry standards. Collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and support patient recovery. Participating in regular team meetings and case consultations, promoting continuous professional development and enhancing the quality of care. Educating clients and their families on mental health challenges, treatment options, and available community resources. Staying current on the latest research in the field of mental health, and integrating new knowledge into clinical practice to improve treatment outcomes. Efficiently managing a caseload of clients to meet their treatment goals in a timely and effective manner while ensuring adherence to the ethical standards set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will be providing services for a diverse client base grappling with various mental health issues related to substance use and detoxification. Your empathetic approach will be crucial as you work with individuals to navigate their recovery journeys, empowering them to overcome challenges associated with their mental health. Expect to engage with clients undergoing significant life changes, providing essential support and guidance as they strive toward healing. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required. A valid state-issued license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, particularly focused on delivering psychotherapy services. Expertise in contemporary, solution-focused therapeutic interventions and techniques. Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex client situations efficiently. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, contributing to collective treatment efforts. Preferred Experience Specialized training or certifications in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT). Experience working in detoxification or addiction recovery settings. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health records. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of
USD 80,000 - 100,000
