Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide individual and group counseling services to clients, experienced in addiction and mental health interventions, utilizing various evidenced based therapeutic techniques. This role requires a strong commitment to client care, effective communication skills, and the ability to conduct crisis intervention when necessary. The Therapist will work within a Residential setting leading the multidisciplinary treatment team. Responsibilities Conduct individual and group counseling sessions Implement evidenced based therapy techniques tailored to each client's needs. Provide Family therapy and education Engage in crisis intervention as needed, assessing situations and providing appropriate support. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and progress notes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills. Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans Requirements Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is prefered Experience in individual group counseling is preferred. Familiarity with substance abuse treatment 2 years preferred Experience working with co occurring populations Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients empathetically. Proven ability to conduct crisis intervention effectively. Pay:
$55,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
