We are seeking a motivated Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who enjoys working with adults in a collaborative outpatient psychiatric setting alongside psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners. Position Overview The therapist will provide individual psychotherapy to adults ages 18 and older with a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, ADHD, mood disorders, and other psychiatric conditions. Our goal is to provide therapists with scheduling flexibility and a compensation structure that offers stability while allowing income to grow as their caseload develops. Schedule & Compensation Part-time position with flexible scheduling Guaranteed pay equivalent to 12 hours per week during the initial caseload-building period Once the guaranteed 12 hours are exceeded, additional compensation is based on completed patient visits Opportunity to increase hours as the therapist's caseload grows Potential for a larger ongoing role as the practice continues to expand Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy to adults ages 18 and older Conduct initial clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based psychotherapy based on each patient's diagnosis, goals, and clinical needs Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other members of the treatment team Participate in treatment planning and care coordination when appropriate Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment goals and interventions as clinically indicated Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and comply with ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements Qualifications Active Ohio LSW or LISW license in good standing Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program Experience providing psychotherapy or behavioral health services preferred Comfortable treating adults with a broad range of psychiatric conditions Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary psychiatric team Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) preferred Preferred Experience Experience working with adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and co-occurring mental health conditions is preferred. Experience in outpatient psychiatry or behavioral health is beneficial but not required. Why Join RT Clinics?
