Part-Time or Full-Time Locations:

We currently have an opening in Toledo, OH We offer the Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LISW): DAYTIME position; M-F with flexibility as arranged with practice manager Autonomy within facilities and with clinical support and supervision Direct clinical contacts with elders and marginalized clients Dedicated Practice Manager for scheduling, authorizations, operational support Interdisciplinary team approach Electronic charting with modern medical record Paid malpractice and competitive salary and benefits (for full time) Responsibilities of the Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LISW) include: Provide direct psycho-social services through the comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and ongoing treatment of nursing home residents. Includes individual, group and family therapies. See 10 - 15 patients per day. Can flex and see more or less to accommodate scheduling as needed, focus on work life balance Collaboration with Interdisciplinary team to ensure best practice and quality outcomes as well as assure continuity of care. LISW; Masters from an accredited University plus 1-2 years' experience. Full State license.
