JOB DESCRIPTION

Hospice/Medical Social Worker or Clinical Social Worker. 13 weeks contract with the possibility of extension for another 13 weeks. Tentative Start Date 09/26. Must be available for Day shift (0800-1630), no weekends. Guaranteed hours 40 hours per week. Overtime is available. Oregon LMSW (Masters-level Social Worker) or CSWA (Clinical Social Work Associate) licensure required. Healthcare Provider Level BLS required. Must have a valid driver's license and auto liability/property damage insurance as required. Oregon LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) preferred. Experience as a social worker in a hospital or medical setting preferred.
