Job Description Provide pre and post assessments for screening of mental health concerns, intervention planning and participant referrals to partner agencies Assist with training, mentoring and auditing team member performance Ensure access to supportive services and retention services forjob seekers Ensure completion and submission of Success Stories Meet with participants to conduct one-on-one interviews; assesses job search plans; discusses obstacles to obtaining employment; and conduct follow up during subsidized employment Conduct Outreach to referrals who fail to show for appointment Maintain and compile ongoing data in all required systems Maintain complete, accurate and timely case notes and related records in manual and/or electronic systems Create, update, and ensure completion of plans according to contract deadlines Attend scheduled weekly unit meetings Possess and/or acquire knowledge about programs, policies and navigation of career systems Monitor and record job seeker participation in activities Know, understand, and implement current and future Company, Funder policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Operations Memos Able to work independently and be a self-starter while remaining in communication with supervisor Ensure the confidentiality of job seeker information. Protect and secure Company equipment and property Ensure timely submission and preparation of documentation for scanning Other duties as assigned Qualifications Qualifications Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Medical Social Worker Two years professional experience with employment/recruiting & staffing, preferably in workforce development or equivalent combination of education and experience Organizational, time-management, verbal and written communication skills Must have transportation to perform local travel Two to four years of complex case file management experience preferred One year minimum of supervisory experience preferred Experienced with Microsoft Office programs Demonstrated excellent communication and team work skills Work Requirements Exceptional computer skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Must have a current valid Drivers License with Good Driving Record Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
