Job DescriptionProvide pre and post assessments for screening of mental health concerns, intervention planning and participant referrals to partner agenciesAssist with training, mentoring and auditing team member performanceEnsure access to supportive services and retention services for job seekersEnsure completion and submission of Success StoriesMeet with participants to conduct one-on-one interviews; assesses job search plans; discusses obstacles to obtaining employment; and conduct follow up during subsidized employmentConduct Outreach to referrals who fail to show for appointmentMaintain and compile ongoing data in all required systemsMaintain complete, accurate and timely case notes and related records in manual and/or electronic systemsCreate, update, and ensure completion of plans according to contract deadlinesAttend scheduled weekly unit meetingsPossess and/or acquire knowledge about programs, policies and navigation of career systemsMonitor and record job seeker participation in activitiesKnow, understand, and implement current and future Company, Funder policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Operations MemosAble to work independently and be a self-starter while remaining in communication with supervisorEnsure the confidentiality of job seeker information. Protect and secure Company equipment and propertyEnsure timely submission and preparation of documentation for scanningOther duties as assignedQualificationsQualificationsMust be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Medical Social WorkerTwo years professional experience with employment/recruiting & staffing, preferably in workforce development or equivalent combination of education and experienceOrganizational, time-management, verbal and written communication skillsMust have transportation to perform local travelTwo to four years of complex case file management experience preferredOne year minimum of supervisory experience preferredExperienced with Microsoft Office programsDemonstrated excellent communication and team work skillsWork RequirementsExceptional computer skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsMust have a current valid Drivers License with Good Driving RecordAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
