In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive mental health and social support services to diverse patient populations, including children, adults, and seniors. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and mental health screenings, utilizing clinical terminology and adhering to confidentiality policies such as HIPAA. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, and evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's needs. Provide individual therapy, group therapy, family counseling, and crisis intervention to support patients with diverse conditions such as PTSD, addiction, autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's care, and geriatrics. Coordinate care through case management activities, including intake procedures, medical social work documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in electronic medical records (EMR/EHR systems), ensuring compliance with medical documentation standards and ICD coding for diagnoses like

ICD-9/10.

Participate in ongoing professional development related to medical terminology, psychopharmacology, special education strategies for pediatrics and autism spectrum disorders, and crisis management protocols. Skills Proven expertise in psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and addiction counseling. Strong experience working with children, adolescents, individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and adults. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems for documentation of patient interactions while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA regulations. Excellent patient assessment skills combined with the ability to develop effective treatment plans aligned with clinical confidentiality policies. Knowledge of ICD coding systems (ICD-9/10) for accurate diagnosis documentation; familiarity with CPT coding is a plus. Ability to manage crisis situations effectively through crisis management techniques and trauma-informed care approaches. Experience working within hospital settings, home & community care environments is highly desirable for delivering comprehensive patient-centered services. Clinical supervision is provided.
