• At Thrive Psychological Services our California Licensed Clinical Therapists focus on providing therapy services and leave the rest to us.

You can work as little as 6 sessions a week which includes: days, nights, or weekends. Our primary insurance servicer is IEHP, Anthem, Blueshield and Kaiser Permanente. This means many of our patients will come directly from Insurance Payor into your scheduling platform. Open your schedule blocks when you want to and close them when you want to. Easy to use EHR system with Mobile App capabilities. You will have your own dedicated Scheduler and Provider Support Specialist to help consult on cases and walk you through onboarding and thereafter. Earn $95 for Intake Sessions and $90 for follow-up Sessions ( 53-minute applies to California residents). To secure this rate, a minimum of 6 sessions per week is required. Patient assignment is matched according to your expertise that fit your profile. We will handle all the administrative workload that comes with seeing clients (scheduling, onboarding, billing). We will also help you develop note-taking strategies that will minimize how much time you spend on documentation. This enables you to focus on providing the best clinical care possible. You focus on counseling, while we: Secure clients for you to provide therapy. Credential and panel you with top insurers. Handle scheduling, on-boarding and billing. Provide a HIPAA compliant EHR and video. Remote Opportunities COVID has restricted people's ability to meet in person and significantly increased the demand for mental health services. Geographical limitations prevent people from obtaining the care they need because there are not enough providers near them. Millions of people live in rural areas without easy access to mental health care. Even in large metropolitan areas, the need for therapy has outpaced the availability of providers. Potential clients often have to wait weeks for an appointment. Licensed mental health clinicians are bogged down with paperwork, billing, and marketing challenges, limiting their ability to see as many clients as possible. Set Your Own Hours & Fees

• You set your own hours. Work the days/evenings and hours you want to.
• You set your own rates for self-pay clients. While we expect that the majority of clients will be using insurance to pay for therapy, you can set your own rate for self-pay.
• Attract the type of clients that you want to help.
• We will work with you to create a robust profile page with a video on our nationwide therapist directory. This profile will work to attract your ideal clients from those who come to our directory looking for a therapist. While we work to match you with ideal clients, we do expect our therapists to work with any client sent to them that is clinically appropriate. Requirements
• Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology or mental health related fields.
• Licensed as an MFT, LCSW, or psychologist or state equivalent. PsyD's are paid slightly higher than therapists.
• We are not able to accept interns or therapists who require supervision to provide individual therapy.
