Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive assessments of clients' needs through virtual consultations and in-person meetings when required. Conduct crisis intervention strategies that address immediate client needs, ensuring safety and emotional support during stressful situations. Maintain thorough, precise documentation and reports of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress tracking in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting tangible goals and milestones to promote their progress. Facilitate access to community resources by connecting clients to other agencies and services that can provide additional support. Participate in regular supervision and interdisciplinary meetings to foster professional development and enhance collaborative practices.
