Key Responsibilities Engage directly with assigned clients, conducting assessments, and providing counseling both in-person and virtually focused on symptoms related to major mental illness and severe emotional disorders. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, participating in team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies aimed at achieving collective goals. Build trusting relationships with clients and their families, demonstrating empathy and understanding as you address their unique cultural backgrounds and personal experiences. Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to individual client needs, continuously monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Facilitate crisis interventions as required, employing best practices to ensure the safety and well-being of clients during critical moments. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred. A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Georgia. A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, particularly working with children and adolescents in a school or community setting. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and handle a caseload effectively.
